The Art Newspaper recently reviewed Peter Simensky: Pyrite Radio and A Sea of Particles, currently on view at the Institute of Contemporary Art at Maine College of Art & Design through September 13, 2026.

Of the exhibitions, writer Elena Goukassian calls out questions around power and value while also highlighting the prevalence of community found throughout the exhibitions. Goukassian writes, “this spirit of community and sharing permeates both Simensky’s show and the group exhibition of works made by some of his students and associates in the adjoining gallery, A Sea of Particles (until 13 September).”
